In Las Vegas, Nevada, the star of Inside Amy Schumer, died on October 6, at 45. This was just hours after she had appeared on stage at Harrah’s.

Turner, who was also a comedian, will be the executor of May’s estate. However, the value of this remains unknown.
The Blast reports on May’s decision three times to change his mind about who would have custody of his children in case his wife dies before him, or both his wife and he died simultaneously.
May and Turner filed for divorce on May 15, 2015, but the matter was not finalized before Turner’s death.
According to the documents, May stated that the couple’s children April (10 years old) and August (8 years old) should have ‘extensive visiting’ with their grandparents.

TMZ reported earlier this week that Clark County Coroner John Fudenberg had ruled May’s death due to hypertensive cardio disease. His weight was also a factor in his death. His death was not caused by drugs or alcohol.
May, who had just performed on the stage at Harrah’s Las Vegas, was found dead in a private home. He had been suffering from pneumonia for six weeks.
He was amidst a national tour, but had to cancel some dates as he tried to recover from illness.

Judi Marmel, his manager, said to TMZ that he will miss his laughter, his generosity towards fellow comedians, his trademark orneriness and his immense love of life.
“He died too soon. We can only imagine where his comedy might have taken us all. We send our condolences to his family, his friends, and all of the comedians who shared the stage with him throughout the country.
May is survived by Lahna Turner his wife, their daughter April June 10, 10 and eight-year-old son August James.
After a ten-year marriage, Lahna filed to divorce her husband in 2015.
